Units of Work

Background

Each teaching units of work is based around a project. Guided step-by-step tutorials and activities are built into the program to teach students the required skills in the project.

You can also build your own unit of work based on selecting a project and a group of guided step-by-step tutorial and activities which allow students to practice applying the skills to a task.

Each Unit of work contains

  • Other materials to support the project
  • recommend tutorials and activities

Unit Description

Children's Storybook:
Introduction to Flash and Project work

Develop basic Flash skills and be guided through a short project.
Length: 1-1.5 Terms

Project Outline:
Develop a children's storybook, based on a provided design

Flash Tutorials
Basic Flash skills: Basic skills and knowledge in using Flash and animations
Intermediate Flash Further skills and knowledge including motion guides and sounds

Flash Website or application:
Developing Flash skills and Project skills
Continue to develop Flash skills and start to develop project skills, including developing a project design
Length: 1-1.5 Term

Open Project
